Stake METAL (XPR → C-Chain → P-Chain)

METAL on XPR must be sent to your Metal C-Chain address.
On Metal, cross-chain C → P. Staking only works from P-Chain.
Delegate to The Growing Awareness, or run your own validator (2,000 METAL min).
